Hi, I’m Kath from Sole Mamma Reflexology. With almost 20 years experience in reflexology, I’m also a Reiki Master Practitioner, meditation teacher and the founder of the "Align with Your Heart" technique.

The core of my work is helping others access the deep place of peace within themselves, a process I call "Align with Your Heart".

I'm not taking on any new clients, I work within a local hospice complementary therapy team and my work has evolved taking me on a path to share with other practitioners.

I aim to support reflexologists, teaching them to integrate the "Align with Your Heart" technique to benefit their clients and to elevate their already beautiful sessions.

When we align with our own heart, we are better able to guide clients to align with theirs and contribute to the wider shift towards heart-centred living.

If you're another practitioner interested in the Align with Your Heart course please get intouch via the contact form. Or, should you have come across this page with an interest in reflexology, you may want to dip your toes in so to speak and follow along on social media! Additionally, if you've never experienced the wonder of reflexology you may like to search out a reflexologist in your local area.
