Welcome to Sole Mamma Reflexology

I'm Kath and my intention is always to help you to "Align with your Heart" accessing deep relaxation and inner wisdom which may lead to gaining more clarity and balance.

My background was nursing/midwifery before embracing reflexology over 17 years ago. Several years back I started my reiki journey, attaining 3A Master Practitioner. And, more recently I consolidated my meditation practice by achieving certification as a meditation teacher.

I provide professional and holistic Treatments in my relaxing clinic space in Holmes Chapel.

I love being out in nature, and I absolutely love what I do! Inner exploration, self awareness and further learning continues as I align with my heart in order to best support you.

Align with your Heart has become synonymous with all treatments and services, so much so I have published Align with your Heart Affirmation Cards and developed Align with your Heart Chakra Balance Technique which has been shared with other practitioners.

Additionally, in collaboration with the Angels of Light Children's Foundation I use Mindfulness for Children, to assist them to thrive in todays often stressful world. Get in touch to arrange a school/children's group visit.

Gather your friends and Debs (Cheshire Holistic Therapies) and I will bring everything that's needed for a retreat in your own home.

These small classes aim is to help you "Align with your Heart" connect with your inner wisdom and surrender to your natural state which is unconditional love. Periodically I hold classes and I'm available to attend workspaces to hold staff wellbeing/self care sessions.
