Hi, I’m Kath from Sole Mamma Reflexology. With almost 20 years experience in reflexology, I’m also a Reiki Master Practitioner, meditation teacher and the founder of the "Align with Your Heart" technique.

The core of my work is helping others access the deep place of peace within themselves, a process I call "Align with Your Heart".

I'm not taking on any new clients, I work within a local hospice complementary therapy team and my work has evolved taking me on a path to share with other practitioners.

I aim to support reflexologists, teaching them to integrate the "Align with Your Heart" technique to benefit their clients and to elevate their already beautiful sessions.

When we align with our own heart, we are better able to guide clients to align with theirs and contribute to the wider shift towards heart-centred living.
